10-13 / 07 Libro Possible 2024 – XXIII Edition
Great return of the Libro Possibile Festival, with the XXIII edition, one of the most relevant cultural events in the Apulia and Italian panorama.
The Festival will take place from July 10th to 13th, 2024 in Polignano a Mare, and from July 23rd to 27th, 2024 in Vieste (Fg).
From 7 pm until late at night, there will be simultaneously meetings with illustrious representatives of the cultural, national, and international scene.
Among the expected confirmations for this year, there is also the English evening: after the successful experiment of the previous edition, on the 23rd in Vieste it will be exclusively reserved for international guests and discussions in English.
The goal remains to expand the festival’s audience by involving the many tourists visiting Apulia, on one hand, and enriching the program with internationally renowned authors, on the other.
Also, the selected theme is in English, inspired by the famous song by the Black Eyed Peas. In 2003, with “Where is the love?”, the American band denounced violence, racism, and inequality, wondering where love was in a society marked by wars and greed. Twenty years later, this question remains relevant.
In a world characterized by violence, environmental exploitation, and the replacement of humans with AI, where is love? The Libro Possibile aims to address this question, involving prominent intellectuals to explore the crucial themes of our time through the lens of knowledge and literature, placing the human being and the fundamental question at the center: “Where is the love?”.
